Meet the Crazy Auntie Ann Team
It’s a well-known fact that there’s no “I” in team — and the world of Crazy Auntie Ann is no exception. (Okay, fine… technically there is an “I” in Auntie, but let’s not get picky.)
Behind the laughter, the dancing, and the endless cups of tea, there’s a small but mighty family (Literally) of passionate, caring people who help bring Crazy Auntie Ann’s world to life. From creative design to chaos control, they keep things running smoothly — And you never know, you may even see them pop up from time to time...

Ian Chambers
Operations Director
Master of Chaos and Keeper of Sanity
I try to be a calming presence behind the scenes. I wrangle schedules, coordinate projects, and ensure things behind the scenes are as easy as possible for Ann, so that her creative side is free to be as crazy as she is. From keeping the team on track to spreadsheet and data wizardry, to making sure deadlines don’t mysteriously vanish into the abyss, I bring organisation, just the right amount of caffeine-fueled energy and occasional designated Chauffeur duties haha.
Special skill: Deciphering song lyrics when Ann doesn't know what they are.

Mark Chambers
Creative Director
Creative Ringmaster and Tech Guy
As Creative Director, I often take Ann’s brilliant, sometimes bonkers ideas and shapes them into content that not only looks amazing but actually makes sense (most of the time). I’m the person behind the camera or sat on a laptop mashing together video and sounds, helping Ann polish her unique content so that it stays true to the Crazy Auntie Ann name. Whether that is creating logos, content, or editing projects I aim to ensure Ann’s crazy brand and community continues to grow, even when things get a bit too crazy (yes, there is such a thing).
Special skill: Lip Sync connoisseur.

Craig Chambers
Financial Director
Budget Boss and Spreadsheet Sorcerer

While Ann brings the chaos (the good kind), I bring the balance — literally. I keep an eye on the numbers, the forecasts, and the “wait… how much did we spend on whisks this month?”. From budgeting and making sure every penny has a purpose.
I translate big ideas into financial realities, make sense of the spreadsheets no one else wants to look at, and ensure we can keep the creativity flowing without accidentally buying 14 inflatable flamingos.

Special skills: Turning receipts into real data that the rest of them can understand.
